It’s time for round two of this fun little series. This week, it’s all about popsicles!
Each of these recipes make 1-3 popsicles, depending on size. I didn’t want 6 of each, just wanted to sample some fun gourmet popsicle recipes! You can totally adjust each ingredient proportion to taste. Just wing it!
oh, fudge! (my favorite! makes 4-6 & was adjusted from this recipe)1/2 cup coconut milk2 bananas2.5 tablespoons cocoa powder1 teaspoon of vanilla
combine ingredients in blender & pour into popsicle molds. option: add some peanut butter or chocolate chips.
layered lemonadeblood orange juicemango lemonadestrawberry lemonadeojlemonade
add a splash of one type of juice & freeze for a half to a whole hour before adding next juice. continue until you have achieved desired layers. No, I didn’t mean for this to look like candy corn.

mocha-coconut (that’s fun to say)1/2 cup mocha cappuccino protein drink (i used bolthouse farms from sunflower market)1/2 cup coconut milk1 teaspoon coconut torani syrup1 banana
combine ingredients in blender & pour into popsicle molds. option: leave 1/4 inch at the “base” and add sweetened coconut flakes after an hour of freezing.
there’s always money in the ((coco))-banana stand1/2 cup coconut milk1-2 bananas, depending on how much you like bananasa sprinkle of berry (blue) jello mixsplash of coconut rum (yes ma’am.)1 teaspoon torani coconut syrup
combine ingredients in blender & pour into molds. you can certainly exclude jello mix. i just wanted some color!
pineapple protein
(not my favorite because of the whey powder in the smoothie, but it’s healthy!)1/2 cup protein zone naked juice1 pineapple ring1/4 cup coconut milk1 teaspoon torani coconut syrup
combine ingredients in blender & pour into popsicle molds.
option: put a pineapple ring in for decoration or leave 1/2 an inch and after an hour of freezing add chopped pineapple!
cherry limeadepour premade cherry limeade into mold. minute maid & hubert’s both make great ones! option: slice two pieces of lime and add to each side for some pizazz.
